Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use remind/about.

The service
remind/about helps adults coordinate scheduled reminders through text messages and a companion website. It records participant replies and shares the outcomes described during setup with the people included in a reminder plan.
Eligibility and responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use of the service, and obtaining each participant’s own consent before messaging begins. You may not consent on behalf of another adult.
Not medical care
remind/about is a coordination tool, not a healthcare provider, medical device, emergency service, or substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or time-critical medical decisions. A reply records what a person reported; it does not prove a medication was taken.
Text messaging terms
By separately opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated reminder and account messages from remind/about by Kiddos at the number you verified. Message frequency varies, up to 12 messages per scheduled reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Availability
Carriers, networks, devices, and third-party services may delay or prevent delivery. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that every message or notification will arrive at a particular time.
Acceptable use
Do not use remind/about to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or emergency communications; interfere with the service; impersonate another person; or attempt to access information you are not authorized to see.
