Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run remind/about: phone numbers, account and participant roles, reminder settings, message delivery events, replies, consent records, and acknowledgement times. We also collect limited technical data used to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use this information to verify phone numbers, deliver requested reminders, process replies, notify the people included in a reminder plan, show reminder history, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
Mobile information
Kiddos does not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver and operate the messaging program, such as telecommunications carriers and infrastructure providers, only as needed to provide the service.
Text message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, up to 12 messages per scheduled reminder. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Family visibility
Reminder settings and the outcomes described during setup may be visible to the participants included in that reminder plan. We disclose this before messaging begins. remind/about records a reply; it does not verify that medication was taken.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain consent and opt-out records. You may reply STOP to end text messages. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
Security and eligibility
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. remind/about is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children.
