remind/about

For people keeping up with important routines together

A reminder they can own. An update you can trust.

Agree on the plan together. We send discreet texts, record their reply, and quietly let you know.

Support their independence without stepping away.

Built for people managing their routines away from home—with someone they trust still in their corner.

Choose your side of the plan

Start with what you need.

For me

I want reminders that stay mine.

Get discreet texts, choose which parents or caregivers can follow updates, and change that access whenever you want.

For a caregiver

I want fewer check-in conversations.

Build a schedule together, then invite your teen or another person you support to review and approve the plan.

How it works

A shared plan. A neutral reminder. Less asking.

  1. 01

    Agree on the plan

Set the schedule, reminders, and follow-up together—so everyone knows what to expect.

  2. 02

    We send the reminder

Discreet reminders go straight to their phone. There is nothing to install or keep up with.

  3. 03

    You get the update

They reply once. You see what they marked complete, without starting another check-in.

What both of you see

One reply keeps everyone in the loop.

  1. Reminder · 7:45 AM

  2. Their reply · 8:02 AM

    DONE

  3. To you · 8:02 AM

Daniel confirmed they took their Lisinopril for Aug 26, 8:00 AM EDT.

Common questions

Clear before anyone joins.

Who controls the plan?

The person receiving texts controls consent and chooses which caregivers can see updates. A caregiver can begin setup, but reminders wait for that person’s review.

What appears in the texts?

Texts name the reminder so you know what to do, whether it’s medication, movement, personal care, or an everyday task. Dosage and private notes stay out of texts. See the complete text message program.

Can messages or access be stopped?

Yes. Reply STOP to end texts, change messaging in Settings, or remove a caregiver from the plan.

Support without hovering

Make follow-through a shared plan—not a daily conversation.
